These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clan Manager for CR ("the App"), developed by Elias Badenes ("Developer", "we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clan Manager for CR, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Clan Manager for CR is a free, unofficial companion tool for Clash Royale that allows clan leaders and members to view public clan statistics, war participation, member history, and River Race data retrieved from Supercell's official public API.

3. Free Service — Provided As-Is

The App is provided free of charge. It is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. Use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Supercell Disclaimer

This App is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell, and Supercell is not responsible for it. Clash Royale is a trademark of Supercell Oy. For more information, see Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

The App uses only publicly available data from Supercell's official API in accordance with Supercell's API terms of service.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information (e.g., your player tag) when using the App
Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Not use the App to harass, harm, or collect data about other players beyond what is displayed in the App's interface
Comply with Supercell's Terms of Service when using data displayed in the App

6. Service Availability

The App depends on Supercell's public API and our backend server. We do not guarantee continuous availability. The service may be interrupted due to:

Supercell API downtime or changes
Server maintenance
Technical issues beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's source code, design, and original content are owned by the Developer. Clash Royale game assets, names, and trademarks are owned by Supercell Oy and are used under Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
