Clan Manager for CR ("the App") is developed by Elias Badenes ("we", "us", "our").
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Player tag: Your Clash Royale player tag (e.g., #XXXX), which you enter when setting up the App. This is used solely to identify your clan and fetch public game data.
Information collected automatically
- Clan and game data: Member lists, war participation, donations, trophies, and River Race statistics for your clan. This data is fetched from Supercell's public API based on your player tag and stored locally and on our backend server.
- App preferences: Theme choice (light/dark/system) and language preference, stored locally on your device using Android DataStore.
Information we do NOT collect
- Real name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or cookies
- Location data
- Photos, videos, files, or contacts
- Financial or payment information
- Browsing history or cross-app activity
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Authenticate you as a member of a Clash Royale clan
- Display clan statistics, war data, and member performance
- Provide historical tracking of clan membership and war participation
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond core app functionality.
3. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any third parties.
The App communicates with:
- Our backend server (
clash-api.oracle.homedir.es) to store and retrieve clan data
- Supercell's official API (
api.clashroyale.com) to fetch public game data
No data is sent to analytics services, advertising networks, or any other third party.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
- Clan data is stored on our server in a database
- App preferences are stored locally on your device using Android DataStore
- Cached data is stored locally using Room database
- We retain clan data for as long as the clan is registered in the App
5. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of all your data by sending an email to clanmanager@ebadenes.com with your player tag. We will delete all associated data within 30 days.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App displays only public game statistics and does not contain user-generated content, social features, or in-app purchases.
7. Third-Party Services
This App uses data from Supercell's official API. This content is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell, and Supercell is not responsible for it. Clash Royale is a trademark of Supercell Oy.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
